Ingredients

stalks celery
finely diced

green bell pepper
finely diced

red onion

hard boiled eggs

Macaroni Salad Dressing
▢

cup
mayonnaise
▢

Dijon mustard

red wine vinegar

pickle juice
more to taste

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook and drain pasta according to the instructions on box, rinse in cold water
Add pasta, cut vegetables and eggs to a large bowl, stir to combine
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients for the dressing
Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill at least 1 hour before serving
Store leftovers in refrigerator
