Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
▢
1 clove garlic
minced
▢
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
▢
⅓ cup mayonnaise
▢
1-2 teaspoons anchovy paste
▢
½ teaspoon dijon mustard
▢
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add oil and garlic to small bowl and whisk to combine well
Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined
Add salt and pepper to taste
